The ZED Auto Skin-Trim (AST) and Skin-N-Trim (SNT) automated, high-speed, inline skin packers have been designed to provide skin pack users with the competitive advantages they need today.
These machines are built to legendary ZED specifications - tough and rugged enough to run on a continuous basis. They are available in various sizes to accommodate 18" x 24", 24" x 30", 24" x 36" and 30" x 36" master skin cards and are equipped with the following features:

FILM ROLL HOLDER: Located on machine frame for simple roll changes.
HEATING SYSTEM: High efficiency infrared system.
CARD INDEXING SYSTEM: Electric motor driven infeed conveyor with exclusive system to index cards through product loading and into the skin pack station. Precision film conveyors then transfer the card through the trim press and onto the package discharge area.
SKIN PACKAGING STATION: Exclusive vacuum box design ensures precision skin packaging of all products.
TRIM STATION: Most powerful hydraulic die cutting system on the market.
PACKAGE DISCHARGE: After die cutting, the entire card is indexed forward onto the package unloading area for case packing, etc.
SCRAP REWIND: Unique system provides a variable load while winding or holding between machine cycle advances.
COMPUTER CONTROL SYSTEM: Windows™ based program. Machine functions are controlled and easily adjusted via a touch screen.
