SF Series High Speed Thermoformers
The Zed Model SF thermoformer is designed for high speed applications such as cups, bowls, cup lids, plates and high volume thermoformed parts. Servo driven platens provide speeds in excess of 55 cycles per minute. Quick change tooling and job memory make changing jobs and polymers such as PVC, HIPS, PP, PET and OPS an easy task. Thermoformed parts are indexed to a stand alone punch press system for pre-punch and finished part punching. Zed also supplies tooling, providing a complete turnkey package.
