196 Series Contact Heat Thermoformer
The Zed model 196 uses contact heat to achieve the high cycle speeds associated with OPS thermoforming for products such as bakery containers, clamshells, salad bowls, and a variety of other thermoformed parts. This thermoformer is designed for cut-in-place or trim-on-the-mold applications which produce accurate trim to part tolerance. Automatic stackers can be included for counting thermoformed parts and discharging pre-count stacks ready for packaging. Zed also supplies tooling, providing a complete turnkey package.
