Clinical Trial and Pharmaceutical Packaging the Zed Way!

The new Z-Med and Z-Test Series tabletop sealers are designed specifically for clinical trial, pharmaceutical as well as incoming and outgoing material inspection and package stability testing.  These machines can be used for common production of medical wallet packaging for pharmaceuticals in a standard trap format clinical trial pack unit dose, as well as child-resistant and tamper-evident designs.  The systems both feature single sided clean room grade shuttle trays with locating pins for quick-change seal tool formats.  The standard control package includes “calibrate-able” components and related peripheries to ensure validation protocols can be both established and maintained for consistent production and sampling.  Both systems are available with optional validation port and mainframe network integration.  The Z-Med Series is designed with stainless construction for clean rooms controlled as “high” as “Spec 1000”.  The Z-Test can be purchased with any configuration of clean room options required.
